All'interno foglio con scritta a matita: "Costumi di Torino/n 12 mancante/la n° 5 presi momen/taneamente/da Carlo/29/V ·1919/Restituiti 31.V 1919 - Presi momentaneamente/a prestito dal Dr Curlo/per il ricevimento del Fascio/all'E. Mussolini 10 IX 1923".
