Statuetta, su base cilindrica in onice, di divinità femminile (Venere?) con diadema, sopra globo alato, con le braccia aperte a mostrare i propri attributi.

La statuetta si rifà stilisticamente alla tradizione tardo manieristica veneta del tipo della 'Giunone' di Girolamo Campagna (Cfr. G. MARIACHER, "Bronzetti veneti del Rinascimento", Vicenza 1971, p. 40, n. 165). Un rapporto abbastanza diretto, soprattutto per la tipologia, è appunto con la 'Venere Marina' di un allievo di Sansovino, Danese Cattaneo (L. PLANISCIG, "Piccoli bronzi italiani del Rinascimento", Milano 1930, p. 33, Tav. CLI).
