Grande piatto facente parte di un servizio da tavolo di n. 53 pezzi in porcellana con ornamentazione policroma (leone, leonessa e serpente)
Historical-Criticism news
IL piatto è citato negli inventari del 1807; vi lavorano, tra gli altri pittori, Bernardino Diotajuti e Ferdinando Ammannati. Numerosi altri pezzi sono conservati a Capodimonte e vennero utilizzati per un servizio da tavola di Giuseppe Bonaparte al Palazzo Reale di Caserta (cfr. A. Carola Perotti, 1978)
