"Then Juvarra brought the arms under sway of the center by shrinking the greek crosses into colonnaded semicircles like the choir of Venaria (fig. 62, 63) and correspondingly enlarged the chapels into domed greek crosses that compensated for the arms both spatially and structuarally , ..."
