Piatto tondo in porcellana bianca con ornamentazioni a fiori policromi e oro. Al centro fiore a forma di lira in rosso.

Cfr. per le analogie di decorazione (in particolare per il fiore rosso) le schede 2129/C, 2130/C e 2132/C.
P. Atterbury: "Storia della porcellana" - Ist. Geogr. De Agostini, 1983, p. 120: piatto uguale a Cambridge, Fitzwilliam Museum. 1760 ca., piatto di Doccia.
A. Mottola Molfino: "L'arte della porcellana in Italia - il Veneto e la Toscana", Bramante edit. 1976, fig. 413. Simile a: Doccia, Carlo Ginori, 1745 - 1750, piatto a fiori orientali policromi. Al centro campeggia la peonia che darà origine al tipo decorativo detto "a tulipano" che diverrà uno dei decori più usati a Doccia. Firenze, collezione RB.

Questa decorazione (detta a tulipano) originata dai fiori orientali del 1° periodo ebbe, a partire degli anni 70, un successo straordinario, fino al XIX sec. e nel periodo di Lorenzo Ginori assunse le sua definitiva stilizzazione. Sesto Fiorentino, Museo delle porcellane di Doccia.
