Frammento di pagina di corale con lettera o su fondo oro. Nel tondo su fondo blu scuro a disegni bianchi, Sant'Agostino assunto in cielo sorretto da due angeli in volo. In basso, teste di monache oranti.

L'iniziale rileva l'antifona al Magnificat per l'ufficio proprion di sant'Agostino (Analecta Hymnica 5, nr. 46).
Proviene dallo stesso manoscritto di 445/M, probabilmente un antifonario per un convento agostiniano femminile pavese.
