Il decoro del merletto presenta un tralcio molto stilizzato formato dalle volute del nastrino su fondo a rete.

I due piccoli bordi sono formati dall’assemblaggio tramite sommaria cucitura di due frammenti ciascuno (il n. 2069/T di cm. 67 e 95, il n. 2072/T di 67 e 68). Il decoro molto stilizzato che conserva solo un’eco lontano del motivo a tralcio ondulante a nastrino tipo “punto di Milano” cui è probabilmente ispirato, la tecnica molto veloce suggeriscono una manifattura non aggiornata, difficile da individuare per l scarsa caratterizzazione stilistica. Secondo Mottola Molfino era ubicata in Italia settentrionale.
